For products qualifying for same day dispatch & free next day, please be aware that this is a production upgrade through the factory and not to be confused with a courier service. The order must be made before
11am
and all products in the order must qualify for this. For any order after 11am, qualifying orders will dispatch the
next working day.
Although we send all items on a next day service, due to our freight mostly being un-conveyable through the courier hub network our delivery partners ask that we allow 2 working days for any item sent by us.

Door/Window Types
Perfect Fit blinds are not suitable for any sliding door system, the frame sits proud by approximately 12mm from fitting flush against the window frame. In turn, this may prohibit some bi-fold door systems folding completely flat against one another.
Please note that your window/door must also be internally beaded, so the brackets can slide behind the beading.
Maintenance
We recommend that regular visual checks are carried out to ensure that no components or blind parts have been damaged, dislodged or lost which could result in operating difficulties and/or cause a safety risk. If any maintenance is required, we recommend that the work is carried out immediately, by a reputable blind company and the blind to be removed and not used if there is a safety concern.
As our Perfect Fit Wood Venetian, Perfect Fit Metal Venetian and Perfect Fit Pleated blinds operate via a tension system, the blind(s) may need re-tensioning upon installation and over time. Instructions on how to do this can be seen on our video installation guide

Light Leakage
“Blackout” or “Blockout” fabrics – if stated, although the material is blackout/blockout, the blind can contain some light leakage, as such we are unable to advertise any blind system as 100% blackout. As examples; on a vertical blind you may get light leakage between each slat and around the full blind, on a perfect fit blind you may get light leakage between the material and frame and on a roller blind you will get light leakage between the fabric and the edge of the brackets. Some blinds are more effective than others, so please feel welcome to contact our customer care team to find the most ideal blind for you.

Can I use Perfect Fit Blinds on sliding doors?
Perfect Fit blinds are not suitable for any sliding door system, the frame sits proud by approximately 12mm from fitting flush against the window frame. In turn, this may prohibit some bi-fold door systems folding completely flat against one another.
If I have an upstand of plastic separating two panes of glass will I require two or one perfect fits?
You will require two perfect fits. Please make sure you check our guides to see whether your windows/doors are suitable for these blinds.
What material is the Perfect Fit frame made from?
The Perfect Fit frame is aluminium.
I have the 25mm clearance around my glass for the Perfect Fit frame, but I am worried my handle may turn into the frame. What should I do?
If you are worried that your handle may touch the frame when turned, you would require our window handle spacers, sold in 2mm or 6mm thicknesses. If 4mm is required, 2 x 2mm can be purchased
here.
A spacer can be used with any “Espag” handle, but we would expect you to ensure this with your local glazing company.
Which Perfect Fit Blinds will best suit my room?
Perfect Fit blinds come in a variety of colours and materials, so if you want a more classic look you can opt for wooden ones, or if you want them to blend in to your room you can choose a complimenting colour.
Can perfect fit blinds be installed on a sash window?
No they cannot be installed on a sash window due to how a sash window operates – the perfect fit frame would obstruct how the windows operate and usually sash windows have obstructions within 25mm of the glazing.
How do I measure forPerfect Fit Blinds?
To measure for our Perfect Fit Blinds take care to follow the
instructions
and our helpful video. Because these blinds fit to the window itself, you need to measure the visible glass carefully to ensure they are a good fit on arrival.

How to clean Perfect Fit Blinds
Keeping Perfect Fit blinds dust-free by regularly hoovering with the brush attachment is the best way to keep them clean and functioning well. Depending on the material of your chosen blinds, you could also gently wipe with a damp cloth.

Recess Fitting
Choose this option when fitting your blind inside the window recess.
What we do:
We're going to make your blind slightly smaller than the sizes you give. It's important that you do not make any deductions yourself.
In most cases the overall blind will be made 10mm narrower in the width than the measurements you give. This is so the blind and fittings don't scrape against the wall and the panels hang beautifully without dragging on the window sill.
Is Recess Fit right for you?
Put simply, a recessed window is one that is set back into the wall. Fitting the blind inside this space means that it doesn't stick out into the room, resulting in a neat finish.
Exact Fitting
Choose this option when fitting your blind outside the window area.
What we do:
Your blind will be made exactly to the sizes you give to us.
Is Exact Fit right for you?
It might be that you do not have a recess, or that you need a blind that sits outside of the recess and therefore are ordering a blind with extra width and drop to overlap the recessed space. Or, it might be that you already have the perfectly sized blind up at your window and want us to make a new blind exactly the same size for you.
